Charles J. Ardito
Mr. Ardito founded the firm in 1964 and practiced until his passing in 2017. Mr. Ardito graduated of Boston University and New England School of Law. After passing the Bar he was admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts. He was a former Special Assistant Attorney General and District Trial Court Judge. Mr. Ardito was a veteran of the U.S. Army Infantry where he served in the Pacific Theater at the end of WW II. While an experienced general practitioner, his primary practice was in the field of real estate, estate planning, trusts, estates, and elder law. He was a frequent counselor to elders through the many local Senior Centers. In addition, Mr. Ardito was a former member of the American Arbitration Association and was a regularly scheduled Court Conciliator at Barnstable District Court. Additionally he had extensive involvement as a member, officer and director of many professional, banking, business and charitable organizations.
